Service Description

This service will be included but not limited to: - Three 30-minute Nutritional Coaching Sessions to include: - Nutritional Plate Assessment and Health History - 2-week implementation of new meal prep plan - Coach AB will visit the client’s home to evaluate the present condition of the client’s pantry. Coach AB will go with the client shopping to purchase healthier options for the client’s lifestyle upgrade. The client will have 2 Zoom sessions - Various handouts and materials to implement based on your specific needs
